Fostering Inclusion and Empowerment
The Community Development Fund (CDF) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to community development, integration, equal access, and inclusion. CDF is implementing the USAID-funded Kosovo Inclusive Economic Engagement (IEE) Activity, supporting women- and minority-owned MSMEs affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
CDF needed an online grant application platform and an educational toolkit integrated with its existing website to implement a Resilience Grant Scheme and an Entrepreneurship Toolkit. There were no user-friendly online tools for grants management, data validation, role-based access, customized selection processes, or entrepreneurship support, and a secure, data-protection-compliant solution was required.
A comprehensive online grant application platform and educational toolkit were delivered, integrated with the CDF website. The platform provides validation, user profiles, role-based access, tailored selection processes, reviewer rating forms, and automated reporting, while the toolkit offers business development resources, templates, training materials, and videos.
